Lvl 10 Necro - Guild Wars Forums

I am fairly new to Gw2, in fact I haven't played guild wars since 2009. I had just reached lvl 10 and was wondering if I can get some advice on different builds and customizations. I am pretty alone on the GW2 community and am seeking further advice.
